Overview

This section describes steps required to use data2bids. If you have not installed data2bids you have two options:

• Install a compiled version
• Compile from source code

The following steps should be taken sequentially:

1. Adjust software settings (only done once at initial install)
2. Export data from NeuroWorks
3. Organize your input directory
4. Organize imaging directory
5. Check EDF file type
6. Confirm input directory data
7. Confirm output directory data
8. Check output folder data
9. Convert/Upload data to SPReD [EpLink study only]
